🎙 Studio Session Policy & Rates
Hourly Rate
• Studio time starts at $75 per hour.
• This is the minimum rate for hourly recording sessions.
• Flexible rates may be available depending on the session and approval from authorized personnel.
Deposits & Booking
• A non‑refundable deposit is required before any session can be booked.
• If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will not be reimbursed.
• Clients are responsible for scheduling their own studio time and handling any cancellations.
Production Packages
• Depending on the level of production work needed, you may qualify for a production package.
• Packages are determined based on the needs and expectations of the production.
Flat Rate Policy
• The $75 rate is a flat hourly rate for recording sessions.
• Production work may offer different pricing structures if approved.

At our company, we provide access to highly skilled producers, musicians, and vocalists dedicated to bringing your musical vision to life. Our team has experience across every major genre, ensuring that your project receives the expertise and creativity it deserves.
How the Process Works
We begin with an in‑person or virtual meeting to discuss the details, goals, and creative direction of your project. During this consultation, we determine the scope of work and agree on a fair and mutually beneficial price.
To ensure commitment from all parties, a non‑negotiable deposit is required at the time of this meeting. This deposit is approved by our executive team and the producer(s) assigned to your project. For clients working on multiple songs, this structured approach is often the most cost‑effective and efficient.
Project Initiation
Once the deposit is received, we schedule a follow‑up meeting with the appropriate team members to begin your journey toward an exceptional musical product. After all terms are discussed and agreed upon, a formal contract will be drafted between the company and the client. This contract must be signed by both parties to finalize the agreement and protect everyone involved.
🎤 Live Recordings
Live recordings fall under our production work rules and regulations. All necessary personnel—whether internal team members or approved external partners—will be included as needed to meet the requirements for successful completion of the project.
As with all production standards, any involvement, responsibilities, and expectations will be discussed, mutually agreed upon, and formally contracted between both parties. If additional services or add‑ons from outside companies become necessary, they will be presented to the client for approval. These services must also comply with our company’s established guidelines and procedures.
🎨 Custom Artwork & Digital Design Services
We are proud to offer in‑house artwork and graphic design services for album covers, flyers, promotional materials, and more. Our creative team specializes in crafting high‑quality visuals that make your project stand out with excellence.
This service is fully independent from our recording and production offerings. You are welcome to request artwork even if your project is not being recorded with our company.

• When the remaining balance is paid in full, your final design will be released immediately in the formats you need.
